You can’t go wrong in this recipe! It’s nothing but honey, sriracha and red pepper flakes for extra heat. Personally I’m not a fan of sriracha but my husband loves it. So when I made fried chicken for dinner one day I knew I wanted to drizzle honey over it. As I was getting the honey out of the pantry I saw the sriracha next to it and figured…why not?! It’s a quick and simple sauce that I have used twice, drizzled over fried chicken and smothered on chicken wings.
Yields: 1/2 Cup Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 0 minutes

- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha
- 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

You don’t necessarily have to do this, BUT this is a great tip when using honey.
Lightly spray vegetable oil in the measuring cup or the utensil you are using. It will help when moving the sticky honey from one place to another without leaving much behind!

As you can tell here the honey is slowly pouring out of the measuring cup without a mess.

Add sriracha and red pepper flakes.

Combine well.
Drizzle as a glaze or use as a dipping sauce.
