Yields: 6 Servings Time: 45 Minutes

  • 8 Tbsp Butter (Melted)
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Wash potatoes completely.

Slice them about 1/2 inch to 1 inch.

Line potato slices as even as possible.

Pour melted butter over potatoes.

*Note: If using unsalted butter sprinkle a dash of salt over the potatoes.

Add chicken broth.

*Tip: For best results the broth should be right at the edge of the potato slices. Add a little more broth if needed.

Sprinkle garlic powder and parsley.

Place in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for a total of 30-40 minutes.

Roast potatoes for about 15 minutes then flip and roast for another 15-20 minutes.

Cooking time will vary on the thickness the potatoes were sliced.

Most if not all of the chicken broth should be gone and potatoes have to be fork tender!

Bon Appetit!
